1.Shipping Terms:

1)pls make sure the paypal payment address same as the shipping address(if not, we will not accept to ship out the cargo)

2)we usually ship out the cargo within 7days, if has stock can ship out within 3days. some times wait the production need to take 10days to ship out.

3)Shipping way,for the small parcell bellow 2.00KG, we use post office parcel, take 12~20days will arrival it.

as some big country just like UK/USA/EU countries or some midder east country has special line, we will use special line ship out and take 10days will arrival it and with tracking website.

2.Returns Policy

1)if our products default, we accept return and refund or replacement. but pls make sure the returns same as we ship out condition.

2)pls make sure the returns has tracking number which can track by the international website.

3)pls return it within 7days once received if you have the problem.
