Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All products in our store are photographed as real objects, and the products you receive will be the same as the pictures and descriptions.

Where can I view my order receipt?

You can log in to your member ID back end to view the detailed information of your order. You can also check the annual logistics tracking number and related website tracking information on your order. Any related returns and after-sales services can be submitted to our system here for follow-up processing by customer service personnel.

How can I return an item?

We allow buyers to return goods without reason within 7 days, but the return shipping cost is at the buyer’s discretion, and the return receiving address is temporarily a Chinese address;

If the return is due to product quality issues or other issues caused by the seller, the return shipping fee will be borne by the seller, and the return receiving address will temporarily be a Chinese address

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

When the inventory is zero, it means that some products are out of stock. You can contact customer service to inquire about the purification time before making a purchase

Where can I ship my order?

Your order will be shipped by our company from our factory or warehouse in China via express delivery or postal package. We usually provide a logistics order tracking number within 3-7 working days after receiving payment for the order, and will attach a tracking website for customers to check If you have any questions about logistics, you can also consult customer service for detailed information.
